DataTurk.ai has been developed for use by the owners of a Company, to help in making high level evaluations and decisions. You may want to keep such info to yourself or later to share it with a business coach or senior staff as appropriate. But to start, we suggest the Owner (only).
We use your email to notify you about next steps in this process of setting up your account. And monthly when new Report Card(s) are ready.
We only call you if we note a problem with delivery of your email. Or, if you ask us to. We do not use phone numbers for any marketing purposes.
You can get this from your ServiceTitan dashboard, on the left under “Integration”. Or watch the very short video we made for you below.ServiceTitan requires us to know this Tenant ID as a first step. We tell ServiceTitan that you (using your Tenant ID) might decide to become a customer and provide data to us via their API. Later, in a separate step, you’ll give ServiceTitan permission to allow us to actually access your data. (We agree with you: its strange that this is multiple different steps. But that’s how ServiceTitan chose to set things up!)
